“The Gregory Awards have given me the opportunity to work with some of the best artists in Seattle.”
“TPS brings value to my life by providing a central voice to advocate for the theatre community in Seattle. TPS holds affordable space for creating in a city whose creation space is shrinking. This is critical to our theatre eco-system.”
Liisa Spink, Artist and Administrator
“Through the connections that TPS makes, stories are being shared, voices are being heard, and the greater Seattle area bonds further. TPS has allowed me as a nominator to experience artists, theaters, projects, and communities that I otherwise wouldn’t have reached out to. Each show has inspired me. TPS brings communities together through the love of theatre we all share.”

“Live theater helps stories come alive like nothing else. Our world today could do with greater empathy and understanding. TPS is the platform that has helped bring cutting edge theater to the community in Seattle and helping to expand much needed conversations. As a nominator, I’m grateful to be able to participate in the joyous journey of discovering work that was previously never on my radar even after years of theater-going.I’m also thrilled that Pratidhwani is so closely connected to TPS!”

“I love that TPS brings many theatres together and creates a vibrant and tight-knit theatre community that ranges from Federal Way to Issaquah. This allows for high level productions that are both engaging and relevant for the communities that those theatres live in.”
