Inspector Lestrade
Male, 40-60 - Scotland Yard detective. Earnest, conventional and considerably less perceptive than Holmes, though not malicious. His limitations help show how badly London still needs Holmes.

Garrison
Male, 25-35 - A young Scotland Yard officer with considerably better instincts than Lestrade. He idolizes Holmes and is trying to prevent an innocent man from being convicted.
Uncle Tim

Eli

Topper
Male, 20-30 - An older or more authoritative Baker Street Irregular trying to hold the gang together in Wiggins’s absence.
Third Spirit / Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come
Gender-flexible, ageless - The dark, largely silent final spirit. A shadowy, funeral-like presence who shows Holmes the terrible consequences of continuing his present course.
Man of the City #1
Male, 40-65 - A prosperous, callous London gentleman seen in Holmes’s possible future.
Man of the City #2
Male, 40-65 - Another comfortable City gentleman. Equally shallow and indifferent.
