Coupon Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Theatre Puget Sound’s Smart Coupons feature. By accessing or using our Smart Coupons, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Smart Coupons feature.

Ownership

The Smart Coupons feature is owned and operated by Theatre Puget Sound (TPS). All right, title, and interest in and to the Smart Coupons are the exclusive property of TPS.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Smart Coupons feature, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid and active account with TPS.

Coupon Usage

Coupons obtained via the Smart Coupons feature can only be used in compliance with the following:

  1. One-Time Use: Unless otherwise stated, each coupon can be redeemed only once.
  2. Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Expiry Date: Coupons must be used before the expiration date mentioned.
  4. Restrictions: Some coupons may have specific terms and conditions or restrictions, which will be stated on the coupon itself.

Misuse of Coupons

Any misuse or abuse of the Smart Coupons feature will result in immediate deactivation of your account and the forfeiture of any remaining coupons. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

  • Selling or distributing coupons.
  • Using multiple accounts to obtain additional coupons.
  • Redeeming coupons in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

Changes to Terms

TPS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates to these terms.

Liability

TPS is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use or misuse of the Smart Coupons feature. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TPS and its affiliates from any liability arising out of your use of the Smart Coupons feature.
