About the project and the company

RCF announces auditions for a new, original adaptation of the holiday classic, “A Miracle on 34th St.” This will be an online production, performing weekends from Dec 11-20. This production is written and directed by Scott B Randall.
Set during the current pandemic, a group of theatre friends get together online to read their favorite holiday story. One their friends’ father has been hospitalized, and has asked her friends to help tell the story to her 10 year old daughter, to help cheer her up. The actors each take on various roles within the show, similar to a radio-play format. The tale follows a young girl who doesn’t believe in Santa Claus, but comes to believe that maybe magic really exists when she meets a man claiming to be the actual Santa Claus.
Auditions, rehearsals and performances will be online only.
