Actors for play reading, "Mississippi Summer"
About the project and the company
Seeking actors for a reading of “Mississippi Summer” by Art Feinglass, a play about civil rights workers in Mississippi in 1965. The play is based on the personal experiences of the author.
The reading of the play will take place on Monday evening, March 27, at the Langston Hughes Cultural Arts Center in the Central District. Cast members for the reading will be considered for roles in the full production of the play scheduled for the fall at Langston Hughes and other venues in the Seattle area.
Auditions will be conducted on Zoom. Callbacks and rehearsals will be in-person. Fee for the reading $100. Please send resume and headshot to artfeinglass@gmail.com.
