Auditions for All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre

About the project and the company

Ballyhoo Theatre and The Phoenix Theatre are joining together (along with thousands of theatrical organizations around the globe) to produce  Music Theatre International’s All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre. Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) created this revue for theatres across the globe to be performed over the same weekend in November, 2021.

All Together Now! features songs from MTI’s beloved catalogue of musicals including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins, Godspell, Les Misérables, Little Shop of Horrors, Mamma Mia!, Matilda, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, Rent, Waitress and many more!

MTI’s All Together Now! is about bringing people back to the theatre, whether as audience members or cast, crew and artistic staff. The goal with this worldwide event is for organizations to provide hope, inspiration and excitement to their communities through the transformative power of musical theatre.

We are looking for unique interpretations of these musical numbers, and all actors will be considered for all roles (ages 12 and up due to vaccination requirements).  We are looking for a group spanning generations and experiences.  We seek to create a celebration of people of every age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, and ability, and will work towards creating a safe and inclusive space for performers to be seen and joyously accepted.

Everyone associated with this production will be volunteers, including all performers, crew, artistic staff, front of house, etc.

Location of Audition

Video submissions to ballyhoo.theatre@gmail.com by September 30th. In person auditions (October 4th and 5th) will be held at The Phoenix Theatre in Edmonds.

Audition requirements

As soon as you’ve requested audition information you’ll be sent a link with sheet music and rehearsal tracks for the show. We’d like you audition with material from the show.
