About the project and the company
We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills, loves the holiday season and human beings. The Flight Before Xmas by Maggie Lee, runs November 30-December 23rd.
You will be able to work at least 10 of our 15 shows. Hours are 90 minutes before show start until 30 minutes after show start; 2 hours per shift.
You need some computer skills, but we can train you for the specific purposes.
We are looking for a Box Office Person to help us during our Holiday Show November 30-December 23rd You will arrive excited to welcome theatre goers young and old! You will stand for approximately 30 mins, and the rest of the time can sit on a stool if desired. You will be in a public space and check folks in on will call and also sell them tickets. You will let folx know when the house is open and offer masks to anyone who comes without one. We have 15 scheduled performances and a few back ups in case of cancellations due to weather or illness. Ability to greet people with a warm welcome. Ability to open, turn on and log in to a computer. Ability to remain positive, and to offer masks to folx. A calm and kind demeanor. Team player.
A lover of the Holiday Season. Perhaps the owner of red and white scarves, fun hats and jingle bells. A hearty laugh. An overtly sunny disposition. A quirky personality.
We are a fun group.
There will be support nightly in the form of an usher and a concessions/bar tender.
The stage manager will let you know when the house is open.
