Taproot Theatre - Sound Board Op/Technician

About the project and the company

Taproot Theatre Company is hiring a Sound Board Op/Technician for our summer musical, The Hello Girls. You would join us for tech week, starting between July 5th and 8th. The show opens July 14th and runs through August 12th (possible extension to August 19th). Our tech weeks are eight five-hour days over two weeks and our shows typically run Wednesday & Thursday at 7:30pm, Friday & Saturday at 8pm, and a 2pm matinee on Saturday. There are currently two weekday matinees scheduled for Tuesday, July 18th and Wednesday, August 9th at 2pm. Experience with wireless mics and live mixing desired. Pay rate is $20/hr.

Job Description

Run sound board for summer musical. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with wireless mics and band mics. Live mixing.
