The Tech Manager handles operations at West of Lenin during Load-in, Tech, and Dress Rehearsals.
Responsibilities include: Unlocking and disarming performance space for renters; Overseeing Renters in theatre space during Load-in, Tech, Dress Rehearsals, and Strike; Providing technical support to renters for West of Lenin equipment and systems; Communicating with Producers, Directors, Designers, and/or Stage Manager about any rental needs or WofL rules and regulations; Locking and arming space when performers leave

Theatre Tech (lights and/or sounds preferred) or equivalent experience is encouraged, but not required.
