Please note: This venue is in high demand due to two resident companies and Seattle Center events. This venue is most often available for short runs, or summer programming.

The Carleton Playhouse is an ideal venue for full-scale productions with extensive technical capabilities and intimate modified thrust seating.

Projection Equipment – available to all rental clients upon request

• Video projector – rental fee applies
• Several front and rear projection screen options available at no charge.
• VGA cable and adapters for most hardware supplied.
• Renter must provide their own source hardware.

Rental Rates

• Performance rate: $250 – $350 per performance (Depending on number of performances). Rate is based on a minimum four hour booking.
• Special rate available for Youth Showcase performances
• Workshop rate $30 per hour
• Load-in, Non-technical rehearsals: $25 per hour
• Technical rehearsals: $30 per hour.

Availability

The Carleton Playhouse serves as the primary performance venue for resident companies Seattle Shakespeare Company and Book-It Repertory Theatre and is subject to limited availability.
