Refund & Late Payment Policy
To secure your rental space(s), a Booking Advance of at least 20% of the total rental fee is required prior to 90 days of rental start date.
TPS works hard to accommodate last-minute changes to S4A rentals. In order for us to maintain these spaces and ensure community availability, short-notice cancellations (within 8-30 days of rental start date) are eligible for a partial refund via our points-based credit system where 100 points equal $1 worth of credit in your account.
Cancellations within 7 days of the rental start date are nonrefundable. Renters are financially responsible for any tech personnel time accrued, even when dates/sessions/full booking event is/are canceled. The S4A Cancelation & Refund Policy is at the discretion of TPS staff, and eligibility for this policy may be considered on a case-to-case basis.
Prior to 90 days of rental start date:
Cancellations for NON-PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received prior to 90 days of rental start date are transferable or refundable minus a $10 administrative fee (1000 points).
Cancellations for PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received prior to 90 days of rental start date, including scheduled load-in, are eligible for a credits refund minus a $50 administrative fee (5000 points) plus the Booking Advance (20% of Booking Total).
Within 90 days of rental start date:
Cancellations for NON-PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received prior to 30 days of rental start date are eligible for a credits refund minus a $25 administrative fee (2500 points) plus the Booking Advance (10% of Booking Total).
Cancellations for PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received prior to 30 days of rental start date, including scheduled load-in, are eligible for a credits refund minus a $50 administrative fee (5000 points) plus the Booking Advance (50% of Booking Total).
Within 30 days of rental start date:
Cancellations for NON-PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received within 30 days, but no fewer than 7 days, of the rental start date are eligible for refund minus a $25 administrative fee (2500 points) and the Booking Advance (20% of Booking Total).
Cancellations for PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received within 30 days of the rental start date, including scheduled load-in, are nonrefundable.
Within 7 days of rental start date:
Cancellations for NON-PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received within 7 days of the rental start date are nonrefundable.
Cancellations for PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS received within 7 days of the rental start date are nonrefundable (see above for nonrefundable policy starting at 30 days cancelation notice).
