Best Christmas Pageant Ever--the musical

Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts

About the project and the company

Red Curtain announces auditions for the popular holiday play, “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical,” directed by Beckye Randall. Auditions will be held at the Red Curtain Arts Center at 9315 State Ave, Suite J, in Marysville on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 24 and 25, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Herdman kids are a rowdy bunch, with a hard-working single mom who isn’t always around to keep them in check. When they decide to participate in the annual church Christmas pageant (just for the free snacks), the show’s novice director has her hands full — and then some!

This is a large cast show, with roles for at least 12 kids between the ages of 8 and 14, plus seven adults. Everyone sings!
Performances will be Nov. 29-Dec. 15, with shows at 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, 2pm on Sundays. All showings are at the Red Curtain Arts Center at 9315 State Ave #J in Marysville, WA.
