About the project and the company
Casting call for a new 13 episode audio drama/podcast. We’re Seattle based and hoping to cast local and record in person together.
Metropolis is an audio drama about the city of dreams – the place in the world where the future is made.
While ace reporter Nan Kanally and the rest of the world struggle through post-war malaise, Metropolis has assembled a jazz utopia on an icy, distant island – an electronic heaven made possible by a fleet of astonishing robots. But Metropolis holds its secrets tightly. The only word that gets out is from the few reporters they invite, one of whom is Nan’s best friend, the sportswriter Stanley Bronfels. But when Stan disappears, it falls to Nan to discover the secrets of Metropolis… or disappear herself.
Pay Rate: $400/day. Number of days depends on role.

Recording in Seattle a total of 14 days for the whole project, exact dates TBD based in part on actor availability. 51 total roles with a core cast of 10, actors considered for multiple roles.
Audition requirements
