ACT's official season announcement will be in mid-April. The 2024-2025 Season will offer five mainstage productions plus our holiday tradition A Christmas Carol. Additional season information is available for AEA members on the Equity website (Casting Call Board).
In the event that you’re unable to audition in person, or unable to keep your appointment on the day, you may submit a self-tape instead by sharing a link to it using the Airtable field provided.
Casting opportunities at ACT are open to actors of all races/ethnicities, gender identities, disabilities, and neuro-diversities, except where particular identities are specified by the playwright and/or director as integral to character and/or narrative.
Audition requirements
Presentation should be 3 minutes: 1 classical/1 contemporary monologue, or 2 contrasting contemporary pieces. **Please note that the co-production of “The Last Five Years”, directed by 5th Avenue Theater Artistic Director Bill Berry, will be a part of 5th Avenue’s EPAs as the musical-theatre producing partner. We will not be hearing songs at ACT’s EPAs.**
