Global Works General Auditions

 

Global Works (www.globalworksproductions.com) is inviting auditions for a number of projects scheduled for January 2025 at 12th Avenue Arts studio space.  These include:

“Rip!” (A Winkle in Time) – MainStage production directed by Arne Zaslove.  A rollicking physical theater mashup of the Rip van Winkle story and tales of the Yukon Gold Rush.

“Atlantis” – Staged Reading of a new play directed by Maureen Hawkins, featuring the intersection between family dynamics, poetry and climate change.

“Hand in Hand… in Hand” – Invited Workshop of a play with music, directed by Noel Koran, music by Bob De Dea, based on Arthur Schnitzler’s “La Ronde.”

Age range:  20 – 60+, all auditioners welcome

Two monologues (one Shakespeare, one contemporary)

A one-minute a cappella song (optional if you are only auditioning for “Atlantis”)
