Hi Seattle theater community!

We are Ideas Alive, the #1 reviewed character entertainment company in the area!

Imagine the first time you saw Belle, Cinderella, Spiderman, Elsa, Woody & Jessie…. now you can bring that feeling to life for 1000s of Seattle area kids and families!!

We are adding cast members to our team!  Formerly known as Party Princess Productions Seattle, we are now IDEAS ALIVE.  Since 2016, we have been in Seattle providing excellent party services for princess, superhero, and character events.  (Elsa, Anna, Belle, Cinderella, Tinkerbell, Minnie, Spiderman, Batman, Woody & Jessie, and so many more)

Over the years our star-studded cast has been made up of local actors, students, teachers, coaches, nannies,  ages 16+.

The events are typically 60-90 minutes and hosted at homes, venues, businesses. Most are birthday parties, but we also have many marketing events with local businesses and party venues.

As a contractor for Ideas Alive you will provide the acting tools (your excellent skills) and makeup, we provide some of the material tools (costumes, wigs, etc).  You’ll enjoy a great hourly wage and often you’ll get generous tips as well.

The satisfaction you’ll get from performing for kids and families is superb, many of our cast members have said these roles are super helpful for their acting skills, stage presence, confidence in front of crowds, and more!

Job Description

Do you love to perform? Imagine the first time you saw Cinderella or Spiderman…. now you can bring that feeling to life for 1000s of Seattle area kids and families!! You show up, light up the room, amaze the kids with your charisma and voices (singing, acting), and leave with a feeling of happiness in your heart. Compensation will range from $60-$95 per event (depending on the character, length of event, # of actors in the event, etc), and customers often tip for a party well performed. Marketing events can pay $200+ per event. Travel fees are sometimes included depending on the distance.

Required Qualifications

To be considered please email as much of the following as possible: Tell us about you! A little story about why you should be considered. Business resume. Acting Resume. Any formal head shot(s) or full body pictures. Links to social media you’re open to sharing (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, links to performances, etc). Any other related resume/portfolio highlights or links which would help us learn more about you (theater, acting, singing, costumes, etc). Also, it's valuable to know if you know anyone currently performing as part of our cast. Have you performed together? If so in what capacity?

Desired Qualifications

A resemblance to the character you wish to apply for. High Confidence and A Big Love for Performing. Singing is required for those characters who sing.
