Alyssa Kay

Alyssa is an actor, fight and intimacy choreographer, movement coach, and educator originally from the Seattle area. As an actor and choreographer she has worked with a wide range of theater companies across the Puget Sound, including Seattle Rep, Seattle Opera, Book-It Rep, Wooden O, Taproot Theatre, Sound Theatre Company, Off-Road Shakespeare, Harlequin Productions, and others. She has also appeared in numerous local films and webseries including “JourneyQuest”, “Dark Dungeons”, “Penny Palabras”, “Shadowed”, and “The Noise Made by People”, and additionally works as a motion capture and voiceover artist.

Alyssa earned her BA in Drama from the University of Washington (’05) and later studied at the Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy. She currently serves as resident Fight and Intimacy Director for both Seattle University and Harlequin Productions, is an advanced actor combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, and is a founding member of PNW Theatrical Intimacy.
