Ian Bond

Ian Bond is a Seattle based actor who has performed with ACT Theatre, Seattle Public Theater, Taproot Theatre Company, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Book-It Repertory Theatre, Washington Ensemble Theatre, Sound Theatre Company, Forward Flux, eSe Teatro, Mt. Baker Theatre, Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre, Know Theatre of Cincinnati, and Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte.

His fight and intimacy direction has been seen at the 5th Avenue Theatre (Beauty and the Beast), Seattle Rep (Teenage Dick, Ghosts), Sound Theatre (Gaslight), Seattle Pacific University (Big Love), University of Washington (Monstrosity), Washington Ensemble (Feathers and Teeth, Is God Is), Taproot Theatre (See How They Run, The Nerd), Village Kidstage Everett (Newsies), The Shattered Glass Project (Ghosts: An Original Festival of One Act Plays), Book-It Repertory (Behold the Dreamers), Seattle Shakespeare (Comedy of Errors, Macbeth), and ACT Theatre (Hotter Than Egypt).

Ian is also a co-founder of PNW Theatrical Intimacy, a motion capture artist who recently worked on the hit game Ghost of Tsushima, and a professional Game Master. He has taught stage combat, intimacy best practices, and stage movement to all ages. He has worked for ACT and Sound Theatre Company as a literary assistant and been an actor with the Hedgebrook Women Playwright’s festival and the ACTOne New Play Festival
