About the Project

Whidbey Island Center for the Arts will be producing Bekkah Brunstetter's brilliant, powerful and meaningful dramady, The Cake in October 2024. Directed by Lani Brockman: This play is about love and growth and the willingness to step out of one's comfort zone to learn and understand. There is no villain, just four people who have strong beliefs, biases, and feelings.
