Responsibilities include:
Provides an excellent patron experience at all performances
Assigns duties and supervises all front of house volunteers
Oversee Box Office & Concessions, including counting tills, maintaining stock, etc.
Maintains the appearance of the lobby, house, and all public areas
Clean and perform some basic janitorial services before, during, and after performances.
Resolves conflicts with any patron issues
Coordinates performance timelines with stage management, including curtain speeches and intermission
Works to ensure all house management needs are met
Completes house report for each performance
Other duties as assigned
