All three tours run from July 8 – August 13. Rehearsals start in June.
** Actors of all ethnicities, genders, ages, and body types/sizes are encouraged to audition. **
Our productions are largely ensemble based, with some actors taking on multiple roles. We are interested in seeing actors who have experience in outdoor theater, but all actors are welcome.
The role of Juliet has been cast. All other roles are open. Romeo and Juliet and Henry VI, part one will each have a cast of 12, Backyard Bard has a cast of 4.
Each of our productions tours to approximately twelve outdoor park locations in and around Seattle.
Sunday, March 19 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday, March 20st from 5:00 – 10:00 pm
Callbacks will be Sunday, March 26 and Monday, March 27
Auditions will be held at Theatre Puget Sound, on the fourth floor of the Seattle Center Armory. Seattle Center is located at 305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109
Actors are paid a $500 stipend at end of run.
