Auditions for 25-35 Male for Short Film

My name is Justin Robert Vinall. I am a local Seattle independent film writer/director/producer and I am currently auditioning actors for a short horror film.

I am looking for a Male between the ages of 25 and 35 to play the lead character, Ethan. This is a paid acting gig of $180/day that will be filmed for 3 days on September 1st-3rd 2022. We will also supply catering and crafty. We are going to film in and around the Seattle area. Non-Union.

The film is called: “From the Depths”
The film follows a splintered couple retreats to a lake house for reflection, during their stay the man’s spiraling thoughts lure him to a Siren that calls out to him at the docks… tempting him with a reality far away from anguish.

Ethan is on a downward spiral, he bottles up all of his feelings and resists from expressing these harbored emotions from his long-time girlfriend. The weight of the world has taken a heavy toll on him and he’s not far away from accepting those dark conclusions he’s drawn himself to. His head is clouded constantly with thunderstorms of thoughts that he can never really quite hear his loved ones trying to reach out to him.
