Dancers come up front! Inspired by real events, "Unstoppable: A Queer Dancical" is a new scripted play that uses pop songs and choreographed dances to propel the plot (like a musical but with dancing instead of singing). Combining love stories, drag culture, and political drama, it is an ode to the power and resilience of the queer community. Choreography will be in a variety of styles.
There will be 9 performances at Broadway Performance Hall in Seattle during 2/16–3/3/2024 (three weekends): evenings on 2/16, 2/17, 2/23, 3/1, 3/2; matinees on 2/18, 2/24, 2/25, 3/3. Tech rehearsals are scheduled on 1/29–2/1 evenings, 2/3 & 2/4 full days, 2/13 & 2/15 evenings. Rehearsals will take place from October through January (schedules and locations vary by role).
